What OS?
WIN7 64BIT
what installer distro you used for LiteStep install? LOSI? Omar? you already tested reinstall your LiteStep Installer Distro?
there are a x64 bit utility for this.

This is a problem with the SetShell utility provided by LOSI. It has to deal with not setting the shell correctly in the 64bit environment. You need to use the 64bit SetShell provided here: http://ls.greywool.com/utils/SetShell64_0.1.zip
Extract that, run it, restart your computer, and everything *should* be fine.
