Topic: Win 10 startup programs

Hello,
I have a problem about start-up items in windows 10. Now we set start-up with task manager but it looks like LS keep starting programs that I deactivate. I run with NoShellWarning but it happen the same without explorer.

Is there a way to force LS to not load start-up programs ?

checked the registry ?, to set it manually there ?
