Topic: Switching back to explorer in Windows 7?

I'm in the process of testing out a theme on another system and while I plan to switchover to Litestep entirely, I'd like to be able to transition between explorer and Litestep until I have my theme finalized.  On my extra system, I got Litestep running just by changing the registry key:

HKLMSOFTWEAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogonShell

from explorer to the Litestep path.  My problem now is that I can't switch back out of Litestep.  If I go to that registry setting again, it's reverted back to "explorer", although the system is now booting up into Litestep each time.  I haven't seen any instructions on how to revert back to explorer, would anyone recommend something on this for Windows 7 (64 bit)?

So...it sorta works xcal.  No more launching explorer as the shell when you launch the file manager.  However, now...no more backgorund...bmp or not.  sad

Just make sure to run all apps maximized.  smile

Sorry...I never tried it before.  Just saw it posted online. neutral
